NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS WITH CRAFT AND/OR TRAILERS STORED AT NEYLAND YACHT CLUB

Neyland Yacht Club wish to identify the Owners of all crafts (dinghy, tender, kayak, etc.) and/or trailers which are currently stored in the Storage Yards at NYC, it is believed that there are several craft/trailers stored without payment in contradiction to the NYC Storage terms and conditions.

All persons with a craft or trailer stored at NYC are requested to identify themselves and their property no later than 9pm on 13.07.2022, this includes any person who has paid their storage fees.

 
Persons who have paid storage fees will be provided with a storage sticker for the season, this shall be affixed to the craft whilst stored at NYC to prove storage has been paid.

After this date/time any property which remains in the NYC storage yard without payment of storage fees will be subject to Removal Notices in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
